English Subtitles Needed For Chuck Season 2 & 3 - 720P - Sinners

Hello,

I recently downloaded the small size rip version of these releases :

Chuck.S02.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS

Chuck.S03.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS

However, the rips did not contain the english subtitles. I read the NFO of the release and it says the subtitles are muxed to the video.

So if anyone can subrip and provide the English subtitles from the source, it would be great. Waiting for the subtitles patiently asap.

EDIT ~ I found French subtitles for the season 2 & 3 releases from this site. If anyone can translate it, it also would be awesome.
