Subtitles with positions

I'm trying to do srt subtitles from a bluray. The problem is that the bluray subtitles have line positions. Left person on scene line is on the left and right on the right.

So when made into text it looks like normal 2 lines, no leading dash separating the two.

Is there a "method" to add dashes without simply going line by line visually and adding them manually?
