Tell me what exactly you do, and I'll try to give u advice to improve ur method. For subs done from scratch i recommend VSS (Visual Sub Sync).

actually i don't have any kind of problem making subtitles... I usually make italian subtitles and I'm pretty good with VSS (sometimes I also use SE with linux)
my only problem is that I don't have a lot of time, so I hoped someone could help collaborate with me for making VO for these two finale episodes...
anyway, thank you for your helpfulness, you're doing an awesome work with addic7ed

p.s.: actually I was wondering if you use the same method we, italian subbers, use...

I use VSS only when I do them from scratch or they are terribly hard to sync. Otherwise, I use SW.
