Earliest date I could find is Wednesday, Nov. 21 2018 on Sundance Now, according to Rotten Tomatoes. It does have english sub, but only for non-english parts. Since I'm not a native speaking person, I prefer to have even these parts shown...too bad ! If you find something better, please share. At that place there are some good quality releases of Season 4 and previous seasons, with French (and optional russian) audio.
