i was wondering if anyone know where i can find English subtitles for the 11 episodes version of season one of vis a vis ( locked up )

I think Dovah is looking for the original (compact) version, with only 11 episodes.

i have the Spanish subtitle i can't believe no one translated to English

​unfortunately only the first 4 episodes have English subtitle

 

if there is no English subtitle for this version where can i find Spanish subtitle for the 16 episodes version

I agree.

I made some searches too and it seems that the "11 parts" version never had any official english subtitles. And even the spanish subtitles didn't fit for every episode.

Maybe better to see it in the "16 parts" version, where all subtiltes are avaliable.
