Can I code a soft ?

Hello,

I plan to code a small soft which will automaticaly download subtitles (via drag and drop). I will be using addic7ed as a source.

I originally planned to make it only for myself (because I'm kind of lasy), but then I thought why not share it (for free of course).

So, I write this post to ask :

- Is a small soft like this will interest some of you ?

- Is this permitted by the site's rules ?

Ps: English is not my first language, please forgive me If I made some mistakes.
