Unable To Download The Subtitle I Translated

Hello,

I'm not sure if that is th best place to ask. I think it is the most suitable please but please let me know I was wrong.

I've been working on "The Yes Men" movie Arabic subtitle. When I tried to download the subtitle I've worked on (and reached %34 till now), I found that the text in the downloaded is merely question marks "?????????".

This was strange, other languages that I've downloaded do not have this issue.

I was wondering if the website uses an encoding that supports Arabic and whether it's possible to extract the work I have done in a subtitle format.
