Shadecat1 Posted December 28, 2017 Report Share Posted December 28, 2017 (edited) Due to my deafness, I'd be eternally grateful if a kind soul handles sub for the finale season of The Tunnel. The problem is that I found a couple of subs which have few non-translated parts. The links are the following: NO LINKS FClaw has released the whole season from the Sky website but the videos are of potato quality. Whereas 'Cherzo' from Reddit has uploaded three episodes (one a week, while being aired on TV). Their quality is good. So the subs need a bit of time-sync. For now, in addic7ed there're just a sub file in Spanish for the first episode. I hope I've been of some help. So, there is no one willing to transcribe, right? I'm aware that it's an arduous and time consuming task. With their magical power, the team manage to get closed caption (made by the channel) for every episode they cover.They "only" (hours of work...) synchronize those CC with available version online. Only then, people can start to translate from this subs.I would like to translate it into french, but I can't start from scratch, I am not a native english speaker (how surprising :D) That's why we will have to wait to get pro subs from DVD release. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I took part in a "transcript" work in 2004-2005 for the Battlestar Galactica serie. It was fastidious and time consuming, especially for non-native speakers like me. I guess that the DVD has been released as 2secondes said. I thought that the release would take longer. Anyways, I'm grateful for your work with the subs, so we can finally enjoy the last season.
