The F Word (US)

Hiya.  I was wondering if anyone was going to put subs out for The F word (US.)  I know that the W4F release has them included but... There is a major problem with them. The last line of each sub, becomes the first line of the next one. This makes it extremely hard to follow. I have looked to see if there is any way that I can erase these parts, but apart from manually doing it to every line, I can't find a way to do it. If anyone knows of a quick way to sort it, or is willing to put up the subtitles in a correct format, I would be extremely grateful.
