It says 12% for me, but I have no idea what it is indicating towards. I have used addic7ed for over 5-6 years but never have I ever noticed the percentage. Its a circular bar thats loading incrementally along its circumference with a number% (for me its 12%) on the top right corner of the homepage just under the 'logout' button.
