raw subtitles sync

Hi, I downloaded some tv show with Closed Captions included, I extracted it into *srt and most of the time, it fits, but this is strange:

The first lines are good, but then it is these 3-lines subtitles and also not fit and repeating lines, I would need somehow delete these repeating lines and be able to sync it. It is possible in Subtitle Edit somehow divide into one line and then delet duplicates?
