Pas grand chose qui me tente dans les nouveautés. Beyond j'ai laissé tomber à la moitié. Emerald City, les critiques m'ont directement découragé, et le genre contes de fée c'est pas trop mon truc.

The Good Fight, obviously! Même si j'ai peur d'être déçue par rapport à The Good Wife. Je croise les doigts pour qu'on voit souvent "Marissa Gold", que j'aime beaucoup (contrairement à Luca dont je ne suis pas fan).

When We Rise, en espérant que ce soit bien fait vu le casting, (mais c'est ABC, donc méfiance)

Big Little Lies, par curiosité. J'ai lu le bouquin, je ne comprends pas qu'ils transforment ça en comédie dramatique.

Doubt, parce qu'il y a "Izzie", même si l'actrice est habituée aux rom-coms qui font des flops. Encore une série légale, pas super convaincue.

Je vais suivre APB, même si il y a des chances que ce soit annulé rapidement.

The Good Fight : parce que Rose...(non finalement pas The Good Fight !)

Santa Clarita Diet : because of E.T(*). ... et je me demande ce que ça cache (en fait, je le sais, farfouillez dans la Vie des Séries, j'avais annoncé le projet y a un bon moment).

 

Et vous autres ? des coups de cœurs, envies, curiosités pour les nouveautés janvier, février 2017 ?

Pas grand chose me tente non plus dans ces nouveautés.

The Halcyon : les premiers épisodes sont pas mauvais je vais me laisser porter par l'histoire. Car ça me fait plaisir de retrouver des séries avec des "Lordship" et "Ladyship" ! (Downtown Abbey me manque vraiment ! )

Pure et Taboo : Deux séries qui me plaisent aussi avec de bons acteurs et des personnages intriguant surtout pour la deuxième.

Après avoir vu les trailers, je vais me laisser tenter par Cardinal, APB, Legion et Taken.  Pourquoi celles-ci ? J'en sais rien, car je suis tellement routinière que je suis toujours le même genre de séries.

Voilà voilà, c'est tout, on verra pour mars.

Snatch : Je n'ai pas vu le film, mais le casting m'intéresse. Enfin Ruper Grint de nouveau sur écran !

Shots Fired : Vu le contexte actuel, ça peut être intéressant.

13 Reasons Why : Je n'ai pas lu le livre, mais ça m'intrigue, et puis c'est Netflix.

Pour moi en mars ce sera : 

Snatch : J'ai pas vu le film non plus, alors pourquoi pas, je serai pas influencée par l'histoire  comme avec Shooter. 

Iron Fist : La bande annonce me donne envie de regarder cette série ! 

Rebel : Je suis pas plus que ça emballé par la BA mais je vais lui laisser deux ou trois épisodes pour me convaincre.

Yeeees ! J'ai vu le trailer l'autre jour et je prie intérieurement pour que Netflix active le mode hors pour cette série pour pouvoir faire un binge watching dans l'avion

Pas mal. Je ne suis pas trop séries d'époque mais pour l'instant j'accroche bien et le casting est sympa.

Avec notamment le Shakespeare de DW saison 3 et Burn Gorman aka Owen de Torchwood, entre autres.

Les 3 femmes au centre de l'histoire sont attachantes.

SOMEWHERE BETWEEN - ABC : TRAILER

Somewhere Between is a thriller drama series with a supernatural twist based on a Korean format which centers on Laura Price, a woman who somehow knows that her daughter, Serena, will be murdered, and travels back in time in order to prevent this. She isn't crazy: She knows her daughter Serena is going to be murdered. She doesn't know who the murderer is or why she'll be killed, but she knows exactly when it will happen, where and how. THE LAST TYCOON - Amazon : TRAILER

The Last Tycoon is based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's final unfinished novel and is inspired by the life of film mogul Irving Thalberg, on whom the book's protagonist Monroe Stahr was based. The Last Tycoon centers on Stahr, Hollywood's first wunderkind studio executive in the 1930's as he climbs to the height of power pitting him against his mentor and current head of the studio Pat Brady, a character based on Louis B. Mayer. With Stahr as a focal point, the series delves into the true violence, sex and towering ambition of Hollywood in the '30's.

ROOM 104 - HBO : TRAILER

Set in a single room of an average American hotel, Room 104 tells a different story of the assorted characters who pass through it in each episode.

Et pour tester Salvation et Midnight, Texas (qui m'a l'air d'un mélange cheap entre Haven - non merci - et True Blood - oh oui - et en même temps, c'est bon on en a assez eu des séries avec des vampires et autres créatures) mais je ne suis pas convaincue quant à leur avenir après la première saison.

MANHUNT: UNABOMBER - Discovery Channel : TRAILER

Manhunt: Unabomber (formerly known as "Manifesto") will explore how the FBI caught infamous criminal masterminds, with each closed-ended season following a different case. The first season will focus on the FBI agent, a highly specialized linguist, who using unconventional means brought Ted Kaczynski, aka the "Unabomber," to justice after nearly a 20-year manhunt. The show, said to be heavily serialized and darkly psychological in the vein of True Detective,would provide insight into the criminal and the case but also the psychological effects the cases have on the FBI agents assigned to hunt down the most dangerous criminals who often delve into a kind of madness of their own, becoming totally absorbed in the crimes and forced to live inside the darkest minds imaginable for years.

What Would Diplo Do? is a 'Louie' meets 'WorldStar HipHop' crossed with 'This is Spinal Tap'. JamesVan Der Beek plays a fictional version of DJ superstar Diplo in a collection of parables about life as told through the eyes of guy who can bring 60,000 people to their feet… but kind of sucks one-on-one.

 

THE GUEST BOOK - TBS : TRAILER

The Guest Book centers on the vacation home Froggy Cottage and its visitors. While the house and cast of characters living in this small mountain town remain the same, each episode will feature a different set of vacationing guests.

WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER: 10 YEARS LATER - Netflix : TRAILER

Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Lateris Netflix's follow-up installment to the 2015 eight-episode limited series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day Of Camp, which was a prequel to David Wain's cult 2001 feature comedy Wet Hot American Summer. The movie was set on the last day at a fictional Jewish summer camp in 1981, while First Day Of Camp was set on the first day of said camp. Like the title of the new installment suggests, it takes place 10 years later. It was set up by a scene mid-way through the movie where the camp counselors propose a 10-year reunion.

 

LOST IN OZ - Amazon: TRAILER

In Lost in Oz 12-year-old Dorothy Gale discovers her mother's mysterious journal in her Kansas home, she and her dog, Toto, are transported into a bustling, modern Emerald City. Disoriented and determined to get home, Dorothy embarks on an epic journey with West, a young witch, and Ojo, a giant Munchkin, to seek the magic she needs - as Oz faces its greatest magic crisis.

TRUST ME - BBC One : TRAILER

Trust Me is a four-part drama series, set in Edinburgh, that tells the story of Cathy, a hardworking and skilled nurse, who has lost her job for whistleblowing and is forced to take drastic measures to provide for her daughter.

Out of desperation, Cathy seizes the opportunity to steal her best friend's identity as a senior doctor and start a new life in Edinburgh.

The story follows Cathy as she buries herself deeper and deeper in the imposter persona and realises that she could get everything she ever wanted - the job, the man, the dream.

However, her old life threatens to destroy her new situation and the series follows Cathy's efforts to protect it.

DuckTales is an animated series by Disney Television Animation based on the original series with the same name. It was announced on February 25, 2015 that the all-new version of the show would premiere on Disney XD in 2017.

 

 GET SHORTY - Epix : TRAILER

Get Shorty centers on Miles Daly, who works as muscle for a murderous crime ring in Nevada. For the sake of his daughter, he attempts to change professions and become a movie producer, laundering money through a Hollywood film. But instead of leaving the criminal world behind, he accidentally brings it with him to Los Angeles.

MARLON - NBC : TRAILER

Marlon is loosely inspired by the real life of star Marlon Wayans ("In Living Color," "Scary Movie"), this update to the classic family comedy centers on a loving (but immature) father committed to co-parenting his two kids with his very-together ex-wife. While his misguided fatherly advice, unstoppable larger-than-life personality and unpredictable Internet superstardom might get in the way sometimes, for Marlon family really always does come first — even if he's the biggest kid of all.

Marvel's The Defenders follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal - to save New York City. THERE'S... JOHNNY - Seeso : TEASER

There's… Johnny! is an original comedy series written by Paul Reiser and David Steven Simon revolving around The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, premieres August 24. The coming of age story is set in 1970s Los Angeles, when The Tonight Show first moved from New York to Burbank. It follows the lives and challenges of Andy (Ian Nelson), a wide-eyed 19-year-old Nebraskan who stumbles his way into a job at The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Joy (Jane Levy), a young Talent Coordinator on the show, as they both try to find their way and prove themselves in this period of cultural and political upheaval. Roger Bart, Tony Danza, T'keyah Keymah, Nate Smith, David Hoffman, Daniel Strauss and Andrew Schulz also star.

Disjointed is a workplace comedy starring Kathy Bates as a lifelong advocate for legalization who's finally living her dream as the owner of an L.A.–area cannabis dispensary.
