The Addic7ed Team provides English subtitles for US shows (USA/Canada), and more rarely some other shows (UK and so on). The rest is up to users' goodwill. I have a ton of respect for what the subtitle creators do but the process seems very complex to me. I have no idea where to start but I may just give it a try. I've started making the English subtitle for Wentworth S04E01 and 4 things have become apparent: You subtitle creators are GODS! Hearing impaired people should NOT create subtitles. That's why we need them in the first place! There HAS GOT to be an easier way of doing this! You subtitle creators are GODS! I've been at this for hours and have only gotten through about 20 minutes of the show. I have to stop for now but I think I'll have a cookie!
