Cold Lazarus (1996) - S01E01 English subtitles

Hi! I'm looking for English subs for the Episode 01 of "Cold Lazarus" ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115140 ) which is the continuation of Dennis Potter's "Karaoke" ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115230 ).

Opensubtitles has English subs for episodes 2, 3 and 4 but only Dutch subs for episode 01:

All DVDs I've seen haven't any subs or captions so I've no idea unfortunately where those existing come from.
