Surtout qu'on a déjà vu (et évité de voir) 15 fois la même histoire... depuis 1984 (de Orwell), ils n'ont rien inventé. Au hasard, rien que dans le récent, 12 Monkeys, Revolution, Colony, Into the Badlands, Continuum, un trucs avec des mecs sous New York et... zut, me rappelle même pas les titres tellement c'était mauvais... Même Falling Skies reprenait les mêmes poncifs et format.

Ouf.. The Last Man on Earth sauve la mise des séries post-apocalyptiques :-)

Sinon effectivement le renouvellement de Marseille me laisse sans voix. Bon je parle sans connaître vu que je n'ai pas regardé la première saison mais quand même.

Y a vraiment pas grand chose à se mettre sous la dent.  Pour le moment hormis deux ou trois séries qui me tentent bien, le reste n'est que de l'attente de la rentrée pour la suite. Si ça continue je vais me replonger dans des séries que j'ai arrêté depuis longtemps. Quoi que c'est déjà fait en fait.

Mais mon gros problème c'est que lorsque je découvre une série, je regarde tout d'un coup (c'est pas bien je sais), et après il ne me reste plus rien. 

Mais je ne désespère pas, enfin j'essaie. Car une petite série inconnue jusqu'à présent fait son apparition.

- CBS is developing a limited series about Hearst’s famous kidnapping. In 1974, the publishing heir was kidnapped by a left-wing terrorist organization known as the Symbionese Liberation Army. She spent 19 months with the group before she was found and later convicted of bank robbery.
- Cinemax is developing a new series based on the Marvel/Icon comic book Scarlet. The serie centers on Scarlet Rue, a rebellious young woman from Portland. "Scarlet is a list of things you can’t get made. Here’s a female lead who’s killing cops because her world is broken.”

- HBO has ordered the pilot of Mogadishu, Minnesota. “A family drama that grapples with what it means to be American, among the Somalis of Minneapolis.”
- Amazon has ordered the pilot of Strange New Things. An adaptation of Michel Faber’s praised 2014 book The Book Of Strange New Things, the story revolves around Peter Leigh, an English pastor who embarks on the journey of a lifetime into deep space that takes him light years away from his beloved wife, Bea. Described as “Heart Of Darkness in space,” Strange New Things is an epic with a heart-wrenching love story of a husband and wife with the universe between them at the center.
- FX ordered a untitled pilot from Cristin Milioti and Nina Pedrad. “An entitled actress-turned-process-server,” her weed-dealing friend Natalie (Pedrad), her other friend Amy, and her stepbrother Landis “as they navigate the abject shit-storm that is adulthood.”

- CBS has decided it is not going forward with Tom Welling’s Section 13 project. Section 13 was described as focusing on “a CIA black ops officer-turned-private contractor who, in the wake of a personal tragedy, joins a covert organization devoted to carrying out the most difficult high-stakes assignments.”

- DirecTV renewed You Me Her for Seasons 2 and 3

A priori, le seul fan ici mais je suis content que la série passe le cut de la saison 1, et de quelle manière ! Deux saisons de plus d'un coup.
Me voilà (re)parti pour de la traduction  Je viens de poster l'épisode 01x02. Soyez indulgents ;-) c'est la première série que je prends complètement en charge. Et c'est pas des plus simples, ça cause ça cause ça cause...

Moi aussi j'attends Marco Polo et ce trailer donne envie. Vivement !

Quant à The Last Ship à consommer avec énormément de modération. Parce que ce côté ultra pro américain me lasse vite.

En séries de l'été moi j'attends Zoo, Dark Matter et la fin de Hell on Wheels. Hâte de savoir comment ça va se terminer pour Cullen Bohannon.

The first season of Date My Dad is described as a 10-episode family dramedy, following Ricky Parker, a single father raising three daughters: Mirabel (15), Elisa (13) and Gigi (10). Three years after their mother Isabella’s death, their grandmother, Rosa, decides she is moving. The girls resolve to get a panicked and suddenly solo Dad back in dating scene, just in time for his 40th birthday.
- Decline and Fall: Eva Longoria confirmed for BBC Two Comedy. Decline And Fall sees Paul Pennyfeather as an inoffensive divinity student at Oxford University in the 1920s, who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club. Dr Fagan, the headmaster of Llanabba, an obscure public school in Wales where Paul first finds employment and works with fellow teacher Grimes. It is at the school that he meets a beautiful South American woman, the Honourable Mrs Margot Beste-Chetwynde, to be played by Eva Longoria, who is the mother of one of the pupils. - MacGyver reboot pilot has been scrapped and director James Wan will helm the new version. Wan was hired to direct the original pilot before being replaced by David Von Ancken. Now, Wan will return to direct a new version of the pilot even though CBS has already picked up the show to series. Till and Eads will be the only actors from the original pilot featuring in the reshoot. Hires, who was cast earlier this week, will play MacGyver’s roommate Wilt Bozer. Despite the reshoot and the recasting, MacGyver is still scheduled to premiere this fall on CBS.

- 22 mars 2015, Looking s'est arrêté sur HBO. Le 23 juillet 2016, un film de conclusion sera diffusé. Looking: The Movie sera une sorte d'épisode final, unique et conclusif (jusqu'à nouvel ordre...).

- A new murder story is coming to Netflix. Today, the streaming service announced they’ve picked up a new mini-series based on Margaret Atwood’s novel Alias Grace. Published in 1996, Alias Grace is based on the real 1843 murders of Canadians Thomas Kinnear and his housekeeper Nancy Montgomery. Kinnear’s stable hand James McDermott and domestic servant Grace Marks were convicted of the killings, with Marks sentenced to life imprisonment.

- Hasbro Studio’s upcoming animated Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters. An all new action/comedy series about an over-scheduled teenager, Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters follows Jake Armstrong and his two best friends. - Ghostbusters: Ecto Force. Sony announced animated sequel series for 2018 (no network yet). In the year 2050, a new generation of Ghostbusters “captures ghosts around the world with help from local teams—and some very cool gear!

- Hotel Transylvania: Disney Channel animated sequel series coming in 2017.

- Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs: Cartoon Network series slated for 2017. The first season consists of 26 half-hour episodes and is set, “…before giant food came raining down on Swallow Falls.”

- Gladiator co-writer David Franzoni is developing a new series titled Colosseum. Like the 2000 film, the drama will be “set in the world of the Roman Empire’s gladiatorial games”. Colosseum is slated to begin production in 2017.

 Retourner Macgyver en si peu de temps je trouve ça risqué. Bon c'est pas comme si j'avais prévu de le regarder mais quand même.

Tiens encore une série sur l'Empire Romain...  On va nous sortir des acteurs bodybuildés avec des sourires "Colgate", un peu d'huile pour faire briller tout ça et le tour sera joué. Pour le rôle principal : Celui qui à le plus de dents bien évidement ! (Comment ça je divague ? )

Après une petite introspection elle se rend compte qu'effectivement c'est le cas, elle se dépêche donc de poster son message et clique vite fait sur la croix.

Espérons que la saison 3 de True Detectives (si saison 3 il y a) sera plus à la hauteur que la 2, après avoir vu McConaughey et Harrelson, je ne m'attendais pas à ce que le soufflé retombe. D'ailleurs, voir ici - on peut toujours rêver, non ?
