I guess in Indonesia never heard of PAL format

You can easily change the subtitle FPS.
Adjust it with Subtitle Workshop, FPS Input 23.974(or whatever they are) and FPS Output: 25

i knew but it's still unusual, the usual and frequent release are 23...fps
been there, done it, didn't solve my problem, coz the sub quality itself is bad, misspelled and out of sync all the time.
