Most days I come here first thing to get the newest subs and I appreciate the hard work you're doing very much. That being said, you should work smarter not harder. FLEET's releases might be within the standards the scene has laid out, but they are still subpar. That's because they are all about releasing before the others. When you only worry about being first it affects the quality, so whenever FLEET makes a release of a new episode, other groups always come out with their own internal release of the same file. Same episode but sligthly better quality. Since the case is everything FLEET does can be done better, you should not translate the original. Wait for KILLERS, FUM or BATV to make better version and then make the first/original subs for those instead. That way it wont be double work and nobody needs to resync from the original.
