I don't understand this rule, what's the point? Well I know this site for quite a while and I downloaded subtitles from there several times, I just wasn't registered there. Anyway if you are reading this topic and you already have an ability to upload subtitles, do it please. I dragged the *.srt file. It's Russian subtitles for The Walking Dead 6x01.
