Got some deleted sub on my computer

Hi, I've got some subtitles on my hard drive that were deleted during the recent mayhem.

I'm not sure about how to give them back and some were renamed too (To fit my downloaded files but I didn't upload them anywhere).

Anyway just give me a procedure to follow?

I got What I Like About You Season 1x22 upward to the end of the series.

I also got others but I'm not sure whether they were lost or not.
