For example, last night I was waiting for copper s02e12. Eventually I checked through "Shows" and found it had been released 11 hours earlier. It still is not in "New Releases". I would almost think that a new subtitle should always be a "new release" if it's the first one for an episode, especially if it's the latest episode for that show.
