How To Remove Duplicate Text?

Hey, the whole season of the new show, Rectify was released in web-dl. Those web-dls contain subtitles but they are messed up. They look like that:

Everybody's gonna be

watchin' us around here.

You know, it's too much of

 

 

And they look like that through out. 

I see the 'find double lines" in SE, but doesn't help me that much. Is there an easy solution to fix this?
