South Of Nowhere Season 3 English

I would SO appreciate someone being able to finish the subtitles for S3 of South of Nowhere in English! For some reason, no other subtitle website has the complete third season subtitled in English and it's driving me crazy! I know the show is old, but I'm sure the many fans who still love it would appreciate it as well. It's so strange that there are no English subtitles past ep 5 for the third and final season of the show!
