Search Needs To Respect Use Of Quotation Marks

This bug is best described by example:

 

When trying to find subtitles for "Bang Goes the Theory", instead of returning a "nothing found" message the search returns garbage for me to wade through - most of it about "The Big Bang Theory".

 

Even enclosing my search target in quotation marks does not work.   A search engine that can't tell the difference between "Bang Goes the Theory" and "The Big Bang Theory" is useless.
