Gemma
Sorry, not a suggestion but an issue report: I'm having troubles with the multi download. I have a huge list of tv shows I'm following, so I've always been using this function a lot. But since 2/3 times now, after selecting the subs I want to download and clicking on multi download I get nothing. Except that all the subs that were listed as ready to be downloaded now are no more there, and I have to go through all the sections to get them one by one. Could please anyone verify this? Thank you, you always do the best of work :)
taytoy
It seems to work fine. You sure you didn't exceed your download limit? Does it work when you download them one by one? VIP - Has an increased download limit to 55 subtitles / 24 hours,
Gemma
No, I didn't exceed my quota, otherwise the message would have popped up. Seems to be back to normal now. Who knows what happened...
Gemma
It just happened again... I had 15 to download, selected the right versions, pressed the Multidownload button and... nothing. Now I have to go and pick them one by one. Annoying. Alex1969
There's already an open topic about this issue. Topics merged. It's not the years in the life, but the life in the years
Captain Jens
Same here. 9 subtitles to download today via Chrome browser. I get no zip, but shows disappear from list of new subtitles. After hitting the multidownload button, there are something happening. It seems to be building a temp-thingy, but then timeout or fail. I also had trouble with latest Good Wife sub (04x20) when multidownloading just that one. Drag'n'drop to folder gives a warning about property loss and if I want to still move it. I might be related.... zip-files open i WinRar on my computer.
alex28
Strange. it seems to work fine for me (also tried The Good Wife 4x20). Can you tell me what exactly were you trying to download (multidownload). Might be a show specific issue. Changing the world. One subtitle at a time. MelaArcobaleno
It usually happen to me when I exceeded quota. No popup, but in the zip file you should have at least a txt file which says you can't download no more file or sometimes that he have reduced the numebr of files (you select for example 10 files and you find only 3 in zip). If it is the problem you have just to wait.
mrtx
This problem happens to me too. It is relatively easy to reproduce, following these steps: 1. Log in to Addic7ed. 2. Open The Good Wife subtitles: http://www.addic7ed.com/show/615 3. Select Season 4. 4. Select Episode 22 (What's In The Box?) for multi download by checking the checkbox next to it. 5. Click Multi Download button to download the zip file. The subtitle will be invisible/inaccessible in the zip file due to the question mark in the filename. If you download the subtitle separately, the question mark and other special characters are removed, thus it works fine. When the zip package is assembled, the special characters are not removed from the filenames, that is why it seems broken.
