I'm french and I'm looking for french subtitle (from episode1 to 10) but they have been deleted from addic7ed. So if someone have them, could he post them on another link ?

If there's no french subtitles, I'm agree to try to do it again (and don't be afraid, I'm rather good in reading than writting ! ).

According to wikipedia, it should be aired in January 2014 - a long time to wait!

 

What I don't understand is that the work was progressing splendidly until the moment Add7cted had to remove the English subs for season 3. Correct subs for épisodes 9 and 10 should be available somewhere!

Hey all, just dropping by to say that I finally watched entire season 3 with the subs I got from here. I would say that I understood a good 95% of them which was enough to spell out what happens although some of the finer nuances may have escaped me. Sometimes with the googlish translation, you have to work out in a split second what is being said by re-formatting the sub in your head mentally but I did not find this a problem...although a non-native english speaker might face some difficulty. Many thanks to all who toiled to bring us the subs.

I fact, I suspect they have more of the meaning of the original dialogue than the BBC versions for the past two seasons, which are usually shorter -and, admittedly, read faster.

I believe the subs have undergone many corrections and iterations...i got mine from addic7 long before they were removed. It's possible you got the version which had been corrected to within a few hairs of perfect...in which case, lucky you. Even if theres BBC subs available now, I doubt I can sit through 10 hours again. FWIW the 3rd season didnt take the whole series to a crescendo as I expected. Just kinda plateaued out for me. But then I do appreciate that its bloody hard to create such things.

I just finished watching Episode 10 of Season 3.  In the last 3 episodes, there were only a few instances of translation being even noticeably clumsy, and nothing that would detract from comprehension ... a challenge given the complexities of parliamentary government in a multi-party system.  And I loved the ending.  Just sad that there's no Season 4.  I'll say it again: greatest political drama since The West Wing.

On the Show list of Addic7ed.com, Borgen appears with 2 seasons but 30 episodes.

 

I understood that the english subs of the third season have been deleted.

 

Who can explain me the reason why??

 

Excuse-me, I did'nt red in detail the whole 60 pages of this topic, but only arround 30 posts... whitout finding any answer.

Last few minutes of Ep 8 and Eps 9 & 10: 9

In other words, no problem.  Go ahead and watch.

I would rate them 8-9. I could follow the whole series very well. Sure, you could still edit them further, but it's not worth the trouble. They're more than good enough.

Why are the last lines from 604 onwards on the episode 9 subs missing? is that a mistkake?
