DrJackson
Hi, First of all, if you don't already have Subtitle Editor, download it from HERE. Unzip, install, common stuff After installation, 1.Start the program. 2.Point to File - Open and you will open your subtitle. 3. Point to Tools menu, 4. Choose from there Remove text for Hearing Impaired. A new window will open, and on that window press firmly OK After a few, HI adnotations are removed. 5. Save the file.6.That it. doc. 5moufl
Which one is better?
Kerensky
I'm obviously not impartial here xD, so I'd say the simple way it's just to compare the results given the same HI subtitle. Since DrJackson explained all the steps using SE, I'll explain them using TAC: 1) Drag&Drop the HI subtitle file. 2) Select the options (default options are usually fine). 3) Click on "Clean it!".4) That's it! 5moufl
TAC wins. It also does that join/split thing (I'm sure SE can also do that with another extra step though).
DrJackson
Which one is better? That one that fits your needs. TAC is an application developed to remove annotations HI, SE is an application that among other things, has the option to remove those annotations, too. As I said, each uses what fits best with what he wants to do. doc. The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do!
