VeRdiKT Posted February 4, 2010 Report Share Posted February 4, 2010 Just how much can you love this show? Im currently on the 2nd season and it's just FRIGGING amazing. The reason why I love Skins is cause its not like any other ordinary US teen show like Gossip Girl or those Disney crap you see on the TV. I love watching any show that comes close to the hard-biting reality and not some fairy tale land and Skins composes different tales which ultimately winds up with each other. Beautifully written and directed, Skins is like a short 40 minutes film which tackles issues that affects the world on teenagers today, yet give a huge variety of issues that will ensue the reader and make him interested till the end of the episode. Episodes on Chris, Maxxie and Anwar, Effy and Sketch, though a sub-plot, are the stories that give a huge impact on why Skins is so popular with not only the youths but also the adults.
