alex28
Out of curiosity... do you use it? Is it in your " i`ll search on ... " list? Also, you might also wanna share with others why you`re using it or why you`re not. Quality is the result of feedback... or something like that :P Changing the world. One subtitle at a time. Chris
Hi Alex28. I use Addic7ed the most. I also use TVsubtitles.net and SubtitleSource depending on which one produces the English subtitles fastest. The symbol with the "ear" representing English subtitles for the hearing impaired is the best. As far as I know, only SubtitleSource and Addic7ed (a recent new addition) have this symbol. alex28
Well there aren`t many that upload or care about HI ( think subscene has it too.. not sure tho ) Changing the world. One subtitle at a time.
honeybunny
Subscene has it too.. Welcome, Chris I think is redundant to say I use Addic7ed.com, so I'll let other users comment :)
Dermitder
of course i use it xD first time i visited the page was in the last season when it started to get the new subs first hehe xD now its almost the only subtitle page i use.. since new subs often are there first or only a few minutes later then on other pages and now you can find almost everything there xD
Foaman
Haven't used it yet :P Life? What life? I have no life ..
stovokor
I tracked honebunny following a subs adress, because I have noticed the subtitles were well made, discovered the page, wrote a PM.... and here I am hooked for life Thank you Pages with subs I was using before: (and still check out) - not just English ones, though. http://napisy.info/forum/index.php?s=de39807890ffece87bfa9e5fef8628be&act=idx (forum, language: Polish) http://www.divxsubtitles.net http://www.subs4free.com (Greek page) http://subtitles.images.o2.cz (Tchek) http://www.podnapisi.net/ (Slovak) and a few others, will compile a list later. Those sites probably share the subs, but as i have read earlier here, not all of them are all for the Code Anyway, thats what I could offer at a glimpse. Have some good Indian sites as well, but not on this machine.
alex28
Heh, so people to track us down . I would never use http://subtitles.images.o2.cz (Tchek) . The website domain always makes me think about a spam site. Don`t wanna offend the website or the administrators / users there, never visited it... but they should change the domain :D Changing the world. One subtitle at a time. spyderspyder
In my bookmarks, I have a folder called "Subs"; in that folder is a set of folders - one for each tv programme that I'm interested in... In each of those folders are at least two site bookmarks: http://www.subtitleseeker.com/ and http://www.addic7ed.com/ subtitleseeker.com searches pretty well all the sites I'm interested in (seriessubs, subscene, podnapisi, tvsubtitles...) and Addic7ed - but only for some subtitles: for a few titles, subtitleseeker seems to ignore Addic7ed, so whatever results I get from subtitleseeker, I also check with Addic7ed. s. alex28
Subtitleseeker only seeks for TV Shows on Addic7ed. Movies are ignored. Also it may have a problem.. since yesterday i searched for something and got no results... but the file was on OpenSubtitles. Will report the bug. Changing the world. One subtitle at a time. spyderspyder
"Subtitleseeker only seeks for TV Shows on Addic7ed" That's all I use it for. s. Arvin
Ofc I use addic7ed.com When it comes to fresh English subs, it's the first place anyone should look.
Foaman
Hahaha, SubScene still hasn't disappointed me yet, when it does I will surely go to Addic7ed :P Life? What life? I have no life ..
spyderspyder
I have to say that if I'm looking for subs for a film, or for a DVD rip of a series, the first place I go to is Subscene. s. klown07
I started off using tvsubtitles.net and when I'd watch my tv shows with the subtitles, I'd see honeybunny or verdikt or charmallow pop up on them all the time and also a website link to addic7ed.com After awhile I decided to check it out and been using it ever since. If its the source, why not? Besides, this is the most user friendly and user-based website I've ever come across. We can all pitch in and edit as we please. "By the people, For the people." I also like the freedom I have on the forums.
alex28
"By the people, For the people" Sounds nice. I might steal it and use it as a tag line lol Changing the world. One subtitle at a time.
WheezerTheGeezer
Addic7ed is the 1st place I go. I do wish Addic7ed had a SEARCH feature, like many of the other sites have. http://www.all4divx.com/subtitles is pretty handy as well. Saving the earth from having to watch lower-case subs! alex28
We have a search feature. Well, it doesn`t provide Advanced search or anything... but it does its job. Changing the world. One subtitle at a time.
klown07
You can use the Tagline, it does go well with the site. If I have any other suggestions I'll let ya know! Hey, any chance of some type of LOST contest or celebration or other to prepare for the series finale? I think that would be cool.
