France, i need your help... (CANAL+ subtitles)

Really want to extract subtitles for a few shows I'm interested in (Kaeloo, Taffy, Grosha et Mr. B, Mirette Investigates), but cannot bypass a subscription with a VPN to be able to watch, but I'd still love the complete subtitles so i can probably watch somewhere else.

I'll probably get ignored again, but I really need this stuff.
