So, I'll just stay content with the cooking shows, and taste the food as I watch the master chefs cook. And oh, it's sucks we (Philippines) don't have easy access to the fresh herbs used in Western cooking. They (e.g. sage, rosemary, etc) are usually sold here in dried or powdered form.
