Subs for an Israeli show Taggad

Hi there, 

Would appreciate some help finding English subtitles for this show, Taggad (2016). The English name for it is Charlie Golf One. It has two seasons, with 40, and 44 episodes in each season respectively. 

I've managed to find subs for the first two episodes, and have tried really hard searching for the rest, but no luck. 

If anyone knows whether it's available on any **** platform that would have English subs, I would appreciate that as well.
