Please.Later edit: I've just (re)checked myself. When you've made that archive, you've packed twice. So, If someone want to extract the file, you have to extract packed file Carlos377754, then you have to extract the extracted file once more. Is it clear? That someone who want to extract the file! Be careful ! Extracted file Carlos377754 is it without extension ! That means you have to rename it as Carlos377754.zip once more then to proceed to extraction! Phewwww doc. Anyway, if you say that doesn't match, the easiest solution for your's problem is to look after video version that will match your's subtitles, because I guess you don't know how to sync a subtitle with a video file. doc.
