I'm looking right now for English subtitles for Survivor South Africa, Seasons 6-8 (The reboot). Season 6, in particular, is supposed to be the best. It's available on YouTube, but their subtitles are awful. Sorry, but they really are. I think they're machine made or something like that. I'm having great troubles with the (dutch?) accent.
