flydu
Well, actually I'm not sure. But when I first uploaded your file the system didn't recognize German characters. I saved it then in ISO-Western something and it did the job. Any expert on the question?

2secondes
Hi, folks. I have the subtitle for Mr.Robot S01E06, but I can't upload it (Members only). How can I help by uploading it the right way? I don't wanna break any rules. Thanks! Hi, better late than never: you can not upload subtitles for a TV show when the team is already covering it. That is the case for Mr Robot.
DaveFlash
whatever I do to try to re-upload new subtitles, I'm getting the following error: "Error Less than 5 sequences found, maybe the file has a wrong format " what goes wrong here? The subtitles I've made are correct, srt files and synced to the amazon webrip of Jamie Oliver's new series, Jamie Cooks Italy.... I've got subs for the first three episodes ready to go, but addic7ed keeps rejecting the upload with this error, i'm on macOS if that makes any difference and using the latest developer build of firefox. DaveFlash
hmm, very strange, uploaded subs were accepted, but I uploaded the wrong ones (out of sync), just tried again with the subs with the correct sync, and they're rejected... weird... microkid
Hello guys. I'm new here on the forums, but I couldn't find an answer for my problem, so I hope you can help me.I'm trying to upload a new subtitle for the movie "Peter Pan Goes Wrong (2016)", but I just get an error;"ErrorLess than 5 sequences found, maybe the file has a wrong format" I also tried copying the text and pasting it into the syncronize site here, and then it looks like this:" 1NaN:NaN:NaN,NaN --> NaN:NaN:NaN,NaNGood evening and a very merry Christmas to you. 2NaN:NaN:NaN,NaN --> NaN:NaN:NaN,NaNI'm David Suchet and I'm speaking to you direct from the BBC Studios." So it seems to be a problem with the time-codes. Can anyone help me? peterpan_subtitle.srt
chamallow
Hi, I just re-saved it in UTF8, and it worked. Try now for yourself: peterpan_subtitle.srt 1 -- Got questions? Read our FAQ. Wanna support me? Check my Tipee.
podopenst
Hi, Thanks for addic7ed. I appreciate the work you do here and want to contribute. I want to upload ~30 subtitles for a series. Do I keep uploading them one at a time, repeating the series name, copying the title from imdb, and reselecting the language or is there a better interface available that will automate this e.g. from the file name? chamallow
Hi, there is no automatic uploader. Once you've created the first episode, you'll be able to select the show in the dropdown menu, but then you have to fill in the other fields (version, name...) Cheers -- Got questions? Read our FAQ. guiguillou
Hi. I want to upload subtitles for a new show, but nobody have corrected it yet. How do I manage to get them corrected? Thanks
chamallow
Indeed, as forgetit said. If you want to correct them yourself, you can use Subtitle Edit, and follow the rules (part 4D) to make sure they're "uploadable" on the site: Cheers -- Got questions? Read our FAQ. Wanna support me?
